Rachel Rosansky, MD asked, "In patients with asymptomatic mild to moderate aortic stenosis but without hyperlipidemia requiring treatment based on Framingham risk, is there any clinical benefit to aggressive lipid-lowering treatment to prevent the progression of aortic stenosis and associated morbidity and mortality?"

David de Gijsel, MD,MSc asked, "In patients with chronic HCV, can a scoring system based on common serum markers accurately rule out significant liver fibrosis when compared to liver biopsy?"

Ijeoma Muo, MD,MPH asked, "In a patient with morbid obesity with severe knee osteoarthritis, does TKR improve knee pain & function to the same level as that seen in a non-obese patients?"
