Explore neighborhood around SAPNAThe bus will leave 3544 Jerome at 9:15 and bring you to the Westchester Square area. You will have until 10:15 to look around the neighborhood, and should be at SAPNA at 10:15 am.

SAPNA is on the first floor of 2348 Waterbury Ave, Bronx, NY 10462.
 10:15-11:45 Visit to SAPNA After the visit the bus will bring people to CHCC, Dr. Anderson will drive people to FHC, and anyone who needs to go to Williamsbridge can take a cab and be reimbursed.

5 Rhythms / Lucia Horan5Rhythms is a movement practice that encourages participants to move freely to the sound and beat of of 5 different rhythms.  

Some logistics:

 

Clothing - Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.  This can be light sweats/loose pants/shorts and a t-shirt, yoga clothes, a flowing dress, or anything that works for you.  


Shoes - Most people choose to be barefoot.  If you prefer, you can wear socks or comfortable sneakers.


Water - Please bring a water bottle with you.


Location - The session will be held in the hospital's Grand Hall.


Start Time - We will be starting promptly at 3:30 pm.
